Tech4People works in different projects where technology can give a hand to people in need of help: APORAGUA: Access to healthy water is an issue in some remote areas of Casamance, the southern region of Senegal. A project team of BONSAID NGO (Madrid), the engineering company AERTEC (Málaga), ENDA NGO (Senegal) and Tech4People are working to bring means to those regions to guarantee such access to such a basic and primary resource. The project is divided in two solutions for two different regions in Casamance: the first one is based on wells, where the freatic water is good, and the second is based on diposits for collecting rain water in the mangrove swamp area. AERTEC has designed a new sustainable diposit for rain water and it is now time to prepare everything on site for the construction of the first diposit.
